I had my central heating system power flushed by Precision Property Maintenance. Kelly responded to my job post quickly and with full detail on what was involved and how it worked which I found really helpful. They were flexible with when someone could come over to do the work. Tom arrived early and worked efficiently and left everything tidy. He also explained what he was doing and suggested other things that could be useful to make our heating more effective. All in all a very good service from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

hired Chris to fit two radiators and make alteration to boiler flue.Very professional in there approach from quotation to completion of job.Left site clean and tidy,would use them again. Highly recommend.

Fitting Radiators

Very professional from the outset. Arranged time for engineer to visit to provide quote for new boiler, Christian arrived promptly & gave advice & answered all questions asked. Kelly was very polite & helpful on the phone & always rang back as promised. Tom fitted the new boiler, again he arrived on time both days, worked non stop all day & did a lovely neat & tidy job. He also cleared up afterwards & explained to me how boiler works & took the old one away. Very pleased, would definitely recommend & use again.

New Central Heating boiler

Arrived on time, knew what the problem was very quickly (very simple problem in the end) and fixed it. However, he first had to saw a hole in the cupboard with the boiler in it to get to an initial pipe, which is totally understandable…but perhaps he doesn’t do that sort of thing every day as there was so much mess (again, understandably) afterwards and he tried to start clearing it with some kitchen tissue and his hands….wasn’t very impressed by his attempt to clean. He was actually making more mess so I said I’d do it. BUT that’s a small thing and I’d still have him back again if I ever have another problem with my boiler.

Flame error message on gas boiler

Very quick response and arrived on time. Jack was very friendly and completed the job (which was a bigger one than anticipated). Happy to recommend. The only negative is the charge for paying by credit card, so avoid paying by that method.

Tom from Precision Property Maintenance arrived early and did and effective and efficient service of our Worcester Bosch boiler. As part of the service they also cleaned out the filter and performed a Gas Safety test.
All in all a good, professional job and I would recommend them to anyone seeking someone to do a similar job. Their flexibility should also be applauded. We only gave one day’s notice and they still managed to fit us in.
